15.4 Advanced Chipset Setup
1. Press <ENTER> on "Advanced Chipset Setup" of MAIN MENU SCREEN and the screen as
below will display.

screen.
15.4.1 A Short description of the screen's items follows:
Memory Hole This option allows the end user to specify the location of memory
hole. The settings are Disabled, 512K-640K or 15M-16M (from 15
MB ro 16 MB).
IRQ12/M Mouse Function Set this option to Enabled to provide IRQ12 support for PS/2 Mouse. The
settings are Enabled or Disabled.
8 Bit I/O Recovery Time This option specifies the length of a delay inserted between con-
secutive 8-bit I/O operations. The settings are Disabled, 8, 1 (Sysclk),
2, 3, 4, 5 or 6.
16 Bit I/O Recovery Time This option specifies the length of a delay inserted between con-
secutive 16-bit I/O operations. The settings are Disabled, 4, 1
(Sysclk), 2, 3, or 4.
DRAM Timings This option specifies the RAS Access Time parameter for the in-
stalled DRAM. The settings are Manual, 60ns or 70ns.
Peer Concurrency Set this option to Enabled to enable PCI Concurrency. The settings are
Enabled or Disabled.
PCI 2.1 Passive Release Set this option to Enabled to enable PCI Passive Release. The settings
are Enabled or Disabled.
Delayed Transaction

Set this option to Enabled to enable Delayed PCI R/W Transaction. The
settings are Enabled or Disabled.
