Lift and lower the rear edge of the platform using the position control.
Drive the platform with the position control to a horizontal position so that that the last stage of the
adjustment procedure is lifting of the rear edge.
The adjustment of the limit switches may only be carried out after the raising of the platform´s
rear edge.
Adjustment:
Adjust the RK4 to make sure that the RK5 with certainty trips before it.
extend the telescope until it stops (do not correct the position of the platform)
A red signal light on the platform will flash and the following text is displayed: At the limit for safe
operation!
Operating range exceeded!
Measure the length of the protruding part of the telescope extension (stroke). The length shall be 2,100
mm ±50 mm. Tighten the locking nut and check once more the values of the RK5.
