10.2 PMS Motor sub error codes

No errors in the motor module.

The motor module could not be initialized.

An overcurrent is detected

Internal error refer to DMC

Wrong current: rated motor current is greater than max

Wrong poles number (is odd)

Wrong settings: rated motor voltage is too high in relation with the battery voltage capability. Check battery
voltage set in autotuning menu. Load defaults and reparmetrize

Sine signal is out of range: check connection and sensor
10
Cosine signal is out of range: check connection and sensor

No Hall sensor signals; check connection and sensor

Unable to perform recalculation: motor calculated maximum speed exceeds 500 Hz. Check motor
parameters.

Unable to perform recalculation: limit curves; check motor parameters (Ls, Ke, Fmax, Idemag) in auto tune
menu.

Unable to calculate controller gains: check motor parameters (Ls, Ke, Fmax, Idemag) and perform
recalculation or do autotuning again.
