7. Drive out the latch with the help of the key.
8. Hand-tighten the cylinder with the forend screw. (E)
Attention! Damage due to braced installation.
Make sure that the locking lug does not rub against the side plate of the lock
and that the lock can be easily operated by the cylinder. Otherwise the cylinder
or the motor unit may be damaged.

9. Retract the latch and remove the key.
10. Check that the cylinder protrudes a maximum of 4 mm from the trim!
11. Place the base plate on the cylinder. (F)
12. Fasten the base plate to the cylinder (upper hole) only hand-tight with an M4 screw.

Attention!
For a cylinder protrusion of 1 to max. 4 mm (from the trim), use the screws M4
x 12 mm, for a cylinder protrusion of less than
1 mm (out of the trim), use the screws M4 x 16 mm.
Tighten this screw only hand-tight as the base plate must be removed again.
13. Measure the difference (h) between the lowest point of the trim and the base plate.
Note the value.
14. Remove the M4 screw and take off the base plate again.
Note!
The cylinder may only protrude a maximum of 4 mm from the trim when
mounted directly on the trim. If the cylinder protrudes more than 4 mm, please
contact your DOM specialist dealer.
