Mast Hinge Pins - Lubricate
Lubricate two fittings
1. Lower the forks and tilt the mast forward.
2. Lubricate the mast hinge pins. One fitting on
each side of the mast. Total of two fittings.
Steering Mechanism - Lubricate
Lubricate one fitting
Lubricate fitting on steer axle.
Overhead Guard - Inspect
Look for any loose or damaged bolts. Replace
damaged bolts or missing bolts with original
equipment part only. Retighten bolts to a torque of
90±10 N·m (67.5±10 lb·ft).
Check the overhead guard for bent or cracked
sections. Repair if needed.
