Depending on the selected DTC level, the levels are optimized for tyres and the indicated DTC
levels.

ted DTC level. The DSC system increases the inter‐
vention extent in a limited way in order limit side
slipping.

2 The basic intervention level depends on the selec‐
ted DTC level. The DSC system increases the inter‐
vention extent in a more significant way in order
limit side slipping.
It is the default level for the “RACE A”,
“RACE B”, “SPORT” and “STREET” Rid‐
ing Modes.
The DSC system assists the rider in the control of the rear tyre side slipping and facilitates the ac‐
celeration out of curves. Therefore, the system does not prevent the rider from reaching potentially dan‐
gerous leaning angles and for safety reasons it must be used with due riding care.
