in particolare a bambini, presenti nell’area in cui si
opera e a qualsiasi altro ostacolo come forti penden-
ze, strapiombi, detriti molto grandi e cavi aerei.
- Quando la macchina è a pieno carico, guidare a bassa
velocità, soprattutto in curva.
- Brusche sterzate e/o sterzate con volante comple-
tamente ruotato vanno condotte soltanto a bassa
velocità su superfi ci piane.
- In caso di utilizzo della macchina su superfi ci in-
clinate prestare la massima attenzione per evitare
situazioni come curve e manovre brusche che pos-
sano pregiudicare la stabilità del mezzo e causarne
il ribaltamento.
- Tenere presente che il centro di gravità della macchi-
na si sposta man mano che il contenitore si riempie
di detriti, rendendola più instabile.
Bisogna pertanto essere consapevoli che la macchina
è più soggetta al ribaltamento durante il suo utilizzo.
- Non tentare mai di spazzare oggetti troppo grandi
o che possono rimanere impigliati nelle parti in ro-
tazione della spazzatrice (come cavi, corde, catene,
ecc...).
Tali oggetti possono essere scagliati o lanciati dalla
spazzatrice causando lesioni personali.
- Prima di sollevare le spazzole dal suolo, accertarsi
che la loro rotazione si sia completamente fermata.
Sollevare una spazzola in rotazione crea un notevole
pericolo di lesioni dovute al lancio di oggetti o al
contatto diretto con la spazzola.
- La macchina deve essere usata soltanto per la rac-
colta di piccoli detriti stradali.
Non bisogna mai usarla per raccogliere materiale
potenzialmente pericoloso come:
- carburante da sversamento;
- detriti caldi o fumanti, detriti che bruciano, anche
senza fi amma;
- animali uccisi sulla strada;
- rifi uti sanitari;
- amianto;
- prodotti chimici.
- Durante l’uso della macchina assicurarsi che tutte le
luci di avvertimento, i dispositivi di segnalazione e
gli allarmi siano attivati e funzionanti.
- Mai accettare passeggeri a bordo della macchina, a
meno che sia strettamente necessario per compiere
le operazioni di pulizia.
I passeggeri devono sempre rimanere seduti corret-
tamente e allacciati nella cabina.
Nessuno dovrebbe mai sporgersi dalla cabina mentre
la macchina è in funzione.
- Mai permettere a persone estranee di avvicinarsi a
meno di 10 metri (30 feet) dalla macchina mentre
questa è in funzione.

which can become entangled in the rotating parts of
the sweeper (wire, rope, chains).
These objects can be thrown or slung by the sweeper,
resulting in personal injury.
- Make sure that the brooms have come to a complete
stop before raising them from the ground.
Lifting a rotating broom creates a signifi cant risk of
injury from thrown objects or direct broom contact.
- This sweeper should only be used for small road
debris.
Never use it to collect potentially hazardous material,
such as:
- spilled fuel;
- hot, burning, smoldering or smoking debris;
- road kill;
- medical waste;
- asbestos;
- chemicals.
- Be sure that all warning lights, signals and alarms
are turned on and working while using the sweeper.
- Unless necessary for sweeping operations, never
allow any passengers on the sweeper.
Passengers must always remain properly seated and
belted in the cab.
No one should ever lean out of the cab of the sweeper
during operation.
- Never allow any bystander to be within 10 meters (30
feet) of the sweeper during operation.
