Feed the wire a little using the supplied
longnose pliers so that the wire comes
below the feed wheels.

Turn the triangular handle to the
stitching position.

Insert the adjusting handle into the
shaft of the feed wheels.

Feed the wire with the handle.
Feed the wire until it protrudes a little from
the end of the wire straightener.
• The wire may not be inserted into the
wire tube, if it is bent. The wire may jam.
Pull the wire, cut off the bent part, and
feed it again.
• You cannot stitch paper after threading
the wire because the wire has not
yet reached the leading end of the
stitcher head. Before starting binding
operations, perform the stitching test
several times to lower the wire and check
that a booklet is stitched.
