9-2. Adjusting the stopper angle
When a booklet is trimmed skewed, adjust the conveyance stop timing on the control panel of the DBM-600
or the PC CONTROLLER.

If a booklet is still trimmed skewed, stopper is not straight. Adjust the angle of the stopper.

Loosen the stopper angle fixing knobs (2
pieces).
Turn them counterclockwise by one to two
turns.

Adjust the angle of the stopper using
the stopper angle adjustment.
The angle of the stopper changes according to
the direction of rotation.

Tighten the stopper angle fixing knobs
(2 pieces).
9-3. Adjusting finished length
Although the nished length is automatically decided when a paper size is entered on the PC CONTROLLER,
you can adjust it using the control panel of this machine. The adjustable length is ±5.0 mm/0.20 inch.
