- Start the engine. After the engine is started the brake lever must tight the spring and release the hydromotor
pulley. For correctly adjusted brake the holes of the brake bracket and brake lever must be in one line (Fig.
52). Adjust the correct position of the brake by screwing or unscrewing of the fork rod inside the brake
cylinder and secure it with the securing nut on the fork rod (Fig. 53)

- Set the minimal revolution speed
- Release the breather screw and bleed the hydraulic system of the auxiliary driving brake

Check:
- Check proper disengagement and braking function of the brake
- Check the tightness of all connections of hydraulic hoses
- Check the brake lining – replace the lining if it gets thinner than 1 mm
a) Replacement of the brake cylinder
- brake must be released not bypassed by the pin
Dismounting:
- disconnect hydraulic hose
