Mounting:
- Install the belt Good Year BX 17x960
- Put the bolt 3 through spring 4 and screw through lock nut 2 a short way and then into nut 5. Tight the nut 2
then.
- Insert the feeler gauge through the adjustment hole between the clutch disc and the brake and check the
clearance – correct value is 0,3 - 0,6 mm.

- Make sure to check at all three adjustment holes!
- In case the clearance is different than the recommended 0,3 - 0,6 mm it is necessary to adjust the clearance
between the clutch disc and the brake with the adjusting nuts.
- Adjust all three adjusting nuts.
- Consequently check the clearance on all three adjustment holes
- Once the air gap is within the specified range the clutch at full coil voltage and rotate it. If there is no
contact on the brake plate, the clutch is okay, however, if there is any contact with the brake plate, the gap
adjustment nuts should be backed off slaightly to eliminate the contact
- Install pulley front disk of the pump pulley
- Loctite self-securing nuts of the pump pulley together with thurning of the pulley (LOCTITE 243)
