4.7.2. Routing Cables
The power supply and control signal cables enter from the top entry of the cabinets to facilitate
on-site installation. Please refer to
Figure 4-14
and
Figure 4-15
for detailed position indication.
1. Open the front upper covers of the IO cabinet of the primary cabinet and the IO cabinet of
secondary cabinet;
2. Remove the front top cable entry cover, drill holes according to wire AWG size, stick the wire
protection loom around the hole to protect the wire, nally reattach the cover to the cabinet;
3. For the cable installed from top, arrange the cable from the top cable channel, the cable
passes through the top entry cover, and connect to the bus bars in the IO cabinet of the
primary cabinet from top to bottom in order of output, battery, output N, ground, and connect
to the bus bars in the IO cabinet of the secondary cabinet from top to bottom in order of input,
bypass, input N, ground;
4. Arrange the cables and x the cables to the cable management bracket in an orderly manner.
5. Clean the residual debris in the cabinet and install the front upper covers of the IO cabinet of
the primary cabinet and the IO cabinet of secondary cabinet;
6. If installing a parallel system, repeat the above steps to all units in the system.
