This End-User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and the
Contracting Entity (as defined below). For the purposes of this Agreement, any reference to “Eaton” shall
include the Contracting Entity, its holding company, its affiliates and subsidiaries. This Agreement, and
any other terms or conditions notified to you, governs your access to and use of 93T 15-80 kW (the
“Product Software”).
