2. Examine that the air intakes (vents on the front door of the UPS cabinet) and the exhaust openings (at
the rear of the UPS cabinet) are not blocked.
3. Make sure that the operating environment is within the parameters specified in Section
4.3.1 Environmental considerations and Chapter 9.1 About technical data.
4. Make sure that the UPS is in Online mode. The UPS in in Online mode when the Online mode status
indicator light is on. If an alarm indicator light is on or the Online mode status indicator is not on,
contact your local Eaton service representative.
