If the UPS is not operating correctly, read the fault description form, contact your local Eaton
representative, and provide the following information:
1. Product model and serial number of the unit
2. Fault date
3. Description of the fault

Output Voltage Abnormal The Maintenance bypass
switch is closed or the
output sample voltage has

If the maintenance bypass
switch is closed, open it.
