A Normally open. When pins 5 and 6 are closed, the UPS performs an emergency power-off. Pins
7 and 8 are idle.
B Normally closed. Pins 5 and 6 are connected with a jumper cable. Keep the pins connected.
When pins 7 and 8 are open, the UPS performs an emergency power-off.

The battery startup/switch to bypass button is used to start the UPS on battery power and transfer the
UPS to Bypass mode.

The second-generation Gigabit Network Card is the new generation network communication card for
connecting the UPS with Ethernet and Internet. The new generation network communication card has
many novel features. The remarkably increased network communication speed and the confidentiality
protocol can provide emergency power-off, data saving, and other services to authorized IT personnel.
