The four symbols on the left side of the control panel are status indicator lights, which are color LED
lamps. They operate in conjunction with the alarm speaker to inform you of the operating status of the
UPS.

LED indicator Default status Description
Green - Normal mode
On The UPS operates in a normal
operating mode. The UPS
operates correctly and the power
module supplies power to the
critical load. For the normal
operating modes, refer to Table
2: UPS operating modes.
Yellow - Battery mode
On The UPS is in Battery mode.
Because Battery mode is a
normal status of the UPS, the
green “Normal indicator light is
on.
Yellow - Bypass mode
On The UPS is in Bypass mode. The
critical load is supported by the
bypass source. When the
system is in Bypass mode, the
green “Normal” indicator light is
not on.
Red - Alarm
On The UPS has an active alarm
and requires immediate
attention. The active alarm is
displayed on the HMI screen.
The red “Alarm” indicator light
can be on at the same time with
other indicator lights.

When the UPS system operates in a normal operating mode, it performs monitoring on itself and the AC
mains supply. The buzzer, the system status indicator lights, and the UPS status bar on the control panel
home page provide information on active alarms in the UPS system.
BBuuzzzzeerr
The system event buzzer generates sounds when there is an alarm in the UPS system. The buzzer stops
when the alarm is cleared. To clear an alarm, refer to Section
6.2.1.7 Log page.
SSyysstteemm ssttaattuuss iinnddiiccaattoorr lliigghhttss
The system status indicator lights on the UPS control panel show the current status of the UPS. When the
UPS system operates in a normal operating mode, only the green “Normal” indicator light is on. If any
other indicator lights are on, there is an active alarm or event in the UPS system. In case of an active
