Rear Bearing Cover Removal | Removal TRSM0950
Procedure – Removal
1. Perform “Oil Drain Procedure” on page 7.
2. Per
form “Output Yoke Removal” on page 43.
3. Remove the
8 Rear Bearing Cover 13 mm Cap Screws.
4. Using a
pry bar, separate the Rear Bearing Cover from
the rear housin
g.
Note: T
wo pry points located at 12 and 6 o’clock.
5. Remove the Rear Bearing Co
ver, Wear Sleeve and Dust
Cover.
NOTICE: If
replacing the Output Seal, a new Rear Bear-
ing Cover is required when
reinstalling or an oil leak
may
occur.
6. Remove the O-ring.
