Warning about dangerous electrical voltage! If mains voltage is connected to the Modbus terminals,
this will result in the destruction of all components connected to the Modbus!
Modbus supply lines must be shielded (cable type: J-Y(ST)Y 2x2x0.8 mm
2
)! As a general rule, care
should be taken to ensure that signal cables and cables carrying mains voltage are routed in separate
cable channels.
* A terminating resistor of 100 ohms is already permanently installed (integrated) between terminals
33 and 34 in the system centre.
Thus, any termination at these terminals must not be performed, i.e. is not required!
A terminating resistor of 100 ohms must only be installed at the end of the Modbus (see illustration,
on the right)!
