TECHNICAL SUPPORT
To request technical assistance, click on Support button in home window. Remote
Support, access the following screen.
Include your inquiry or problem description in the field below. If this is a support
request, please include a full description of the problem, including the error message.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT TYPE
• Email Support: the field required must be completed and is send the query.
The technical support will receive an email with that data, after that it will
answer through the configured email address.
• Remote Support: This mode allow that technical support establish a remote
connection to try solving the problem.
