A2.1 No Access to Video Colposcope Software and Error
Reporting
Unsuccessful
connection to the
database.
Start too many tasks
when starting the
device or start the
software before the
database is running.
Database service does
not start.
1. Open the database installation directory.
Eg. Open D:\Cx\Cx_Database\dataand
delete postmaster.pid.
2. Click Start > Control Panel >
Administrative Tools >Services and
enable postgresql-8.3.

The video capture card is
faulty.
Check the video capture card.
