2.1
Descripon
The APG200 Pirani gauge operates on the principle of thermal conducvity in which the
rate of heat loss from a heated lament is dependent on the pressure of the gas (around
lament). Refer to Figure: General view.
1. The gauge has a detachable tube that allows the replacement of the tube or
electronics housing in the event of failure.
2. There is a mul-funcon buon on the top of the gauge for navigaon through the
various menus within the gauge.
3. An LED indicator surrounding the circumference of the top of the gauge provides a
status indicaon and aids the adjustment of the gauge when you navigate through
the menus.
4. The gauge is available with dierent electrical connectors, voltage scaling and
vacuum anges to integrate with the customer process.
