13.1 ERROR DEFINITIONS AND TROUBLESHOOTING

E000 Internal Communication Fault
Restart inverter. If error persists, contact
your distributor
E002 Bat On Mos Fail
Restart inverter. If error persists, contact
your distributor
E003 CT Fail
Restart inverter, if the error persists, contact
your distributor

CAN communication error in
parallel system
Ensure CAN paralleling cables are
connected to proper ports between inverters
E009 No master in parallel system
Check parallel setting for Master/Slave to
ensure you have only one Master set
E012 UPS output short circuit
Check if the load has a short circuit. If not,
turn loads off and reset the system
E013 UPS reserve current
Restart the inverter. If error persists, contact
your distributor
E016 Relay fault
Restart inverter. If error persists, contact
your distributor
E017 Internal communication fault 2
Restart inverter. If error persists, contact
