Replacing Printed Circuit Board S1
z Remove the Y-carriage cover (lower) (refer to pages 51-
52).
Remove the setscrew
q.
Disconnect the connectors from the printed circuit board
S1.
Remove the printed circuit board S1.
To attach, follow the above procedure in
reverse.

Replacing Embroidery Unit Detecting Switch
z Remove the setscrew q.

x Disconnect the connector w from the printed circuit board
S1.
Remove the Embroidery unit detecting switch.
