Shutting Off the Picture and Sound Temporarily
You can temporarily turn off the projector's picture and sound. Any sound or video action continues to
run, however, so you cannot resume projection at the point that you stopped it.
1. Press the settings button on the remote control to open the dashboard.
2. Select the Google TV settings icon on the dashboard.
3. Select System > Power & Energy > Power.
4. Select Picture off to turn off the projected image.
5. Press the button to turn the image back on.

Updating the Firmware Using Epson Projector Update
You can get the latest version of the projector firmware over a network using Epson Projector Update.
When the latest projector firmware is available, a notification is automatically displayed on the screen.
Follow the on-screen instructions to update the firmware.
Note: You can search for and install the Epson Projector Update app from the search window on the
home screen. Be sure to install the app to keep the projector up to date.
1. Press the home button on the remote control.
2. Select Apps and start Epson Projector Update by selecting it from the apps list.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to update the firmware.
Caution: Do not operate or turn off the projector while updating the firmware.
