Note: When a source device is connected to an A/V receiver or a soundbar, the source device may not
be selectable to control via CEC in the projector's HDMI Link menu.
1. Make sure the cable meets the HDMI CEC standard.
2. Make sure the connected device meets the HDMI CEC standard. See the documentation supplied
with the device for more information.
3. Set HDMI control to On in the Inputs menu.
Inputs > Inputs > HDMI control
4. Make sure all the cables are securely connected to the projector and your video equipment.
5. Make sure the connected devices are turned on and in standby status. See the documentation
supplied with the device for more information.
6. If you connect a new device or change the connection, set the CEC function for the connected
device again and restart the device.

Solving Wi-Fi Network Problems
If you cannot connect to a Wi-Fi network, try the following solutions.
1. Make sure your Wi-Fi router and modem are working properly. Rebooting these devices may solve
the network connection problem.
2. Check for obstacles between the Wi-Fi router and the projector, and change their positions to
improve communication.
3. You can check the network settings from Wi-Fi in the Network & Internet menu.
4. If you initialize the projector, you need to select the network settings again on the initial setup screen.

Note: If there is not enough space in the internal storage, system updates may fail. Free up space by
deleting unnecessary apps and caches, then try updating again.
