4. If you want to output audio to an external audio device that supports HDMI ARC using an HDMI
cable, try the following solutions:
Set HDMI control to On in the Inputs menu.
Inputs > Inputs > HDMI control
Make sure the HDMI cable is compliant with HDMI ARC. When outputting audio to an external
audio device that does not support HDMI ARC using an HDMI cable, set HDMI control to Off in
the Inputs menu.
Inputs > Inputs > HDMI control
5. If audio is not output to an external audio device that supports HDMI ARC, try changing Auto to
PCM as the Digital Output setting.

Solving Bluetooth Speaker Mode Problems
If you cannot connect a Bluetooth audio device to the projector, try the following solutions.
Note: The projector turns off the screen after about 10 seconds after enabling Bluetooth Speaker Mode
and connecting to a device. The screen will remain blank and you will only hear sound from the projector
in this mode. To exit Bluetooth Speaker Mode, hold the esc button for two seconds, then release it.
1. Select Bluetooth Speaker Mode in the Projector menu and press theEnter button on the remote
control.
2. Select EPSON Projector from the available Bluetooth device list displayed on your device.
Note: By default, the name of the projector is EPSON Projector. You can change the name by
selecting another name or using a custom name from the projector's Device name menu.
System > About > Device name
3. Check your Bluetooth audio device to make sure the volume is turned up and the audio output
settings are correct.
4. Make sure only one Bluetooth device is connected to the projector. You cannot connect multiple
Bluetooth audio devices to the projector at the same time.
5. Make sure the device meets the projector's Bluetooth specifications.
