21. Display [Firmware\CIFX] folder of Communication-Solutions DVD.
Select [cifxdnm.nxf].
Click <Open>.
22. Confirm that [Name] is “DeviceNet Master for CIFX”.
Click <Download>.
23. Click <Yes>.
Start the installation of firmware.
