Installation Procedures

Turn off the printer.

Clean and dry the printer case where the optional external buzzer will
be installed.

With 2 pieces of the affixing tape combined, peel off the sticker on one
side, and paste it around the center of the attaching surface of the
optional external buzzer.

Connect the cable of the optional external buzzer to the drawer kick-
out connector on the printer.
Connect and disconnect the optional external buzzer while the printer is turned off. If you
connect it while the printer is turned on, the buzzer does not function correctly.
 Be sure to connect to the drawer kick-out connector on the applicable printer.
 Do not connect both the optional external buzzer and the drawer by using a splitter or
similar device.
