MIXER CONDUITS
Periodically, the funnels and the support surface of the
containers must be cleaned of any residual dust using a
small vacuum cleaner or a brush.
Surfaces can be cleaned with a damp cloth.
CLEANING OF THE WATER SUPPLY TANK
For the machines which use the water tank (optional), it
is necessary to carry out, at least on a weekly basis, the
sterilisation of the tank by using the sterilising products
used for the mixers.
FRESH BREW UNIT CLEANING
Only Fresh brew model
It is necessary to clean the parts in contact with the drink
at regular intervals, according to the conditions of use of
the machine and the quality of water.
Components can be washed in a washing machine
(60°C max) or anyway by using a common detergent for
dishes.
