- Remove the containers from the machine;
- remove the product outlet nozzles and take the augers
off from the back of the container;
- clean all the components with a solution of hot water
and sterilising products and dry them carefully.

INFUSER UNIT MAINTENANCE
Only fresh brew model
In addition to the weekly cleaning and/or every 1,000
deliveries (for the group with the metallic lter) and/or
600 deliveries (for the group with the plastic lter), the
infuser lter and corresponding gasket must, however,
be replaced every 25,000 deliveries although still appar-
ently ecient.
Every 100,000 deliveries it is necessary to completely
disassemble the brewing unit by carefully cleaning the
various parts and replacing the worn ones.
Important
Should it be necessary to remove the entire unit, avoid to
hold it the by the cylinder or lter holder.
