Cups
The shelf of the cup dispenser has a double hinge that
improves accessibility to the cup dispenser, in particular
when the equipment is installed in the battery
To load the columns, operate as follows:
- Open the door of the machine
- Pull the bracket until the dispensing unit is released
- Turn the bracket outwards
- Remove the lid from the cup dispenser;
- Load the cups
Completely empty dispenser
- Load the columns with cups, excluding the one related
to the dispensing hole;
- Close the door of the machine, wait that the first loaded
column moves over the distribution hole;
- Open the door of the machine again and load the
empty column;

With each product load or more frequently, depending
on the use of the machine and the quality of incoming
water and products used, it is necessary to ensure the
sanitation of the machine, to ensure the hygiene of the
delivered products.
The sanitization must be performed using sanitizers, tak-
ing care to mechanically remove the residues and visible
lms using swabs and/or brushes.
Colour Code
In order to facilitate the cleaning operations, the parts
that need to be regularly cleaned and sterilised are iden-
tied in blue.
Use the parts in green to disassemble the parts in blue
and perform the cleaning and sterilisation operations.
Only some of the parts related to the espresso infuser
unit do not follow this rule as they are made of a specic
material.
CLEANING OF THE MIXERS AND OF THE
FOOD PRODUCTS CIRCUITS
When the machine is installed, and at least on a weekly
basis, or more frequently, depending on the use of the
machine and on the quality of the inlet water and prod-
ucts used, it is necessary to carry out the accurate sterili-
sation of the mixers and of the instant drink dispensing
pipes, in order to ensure the hygiene of the dispensed
products.
Jets of water are to be absolutely avoided for clean-
ing.
The parts that need to be cleaned are:
- Powder funnels, mixers and instant drinks dispensing
pipes;
- Pipes and dispensing nozzles;
- Dispensing unit.
