FRESH BREW UNIT
Only fresh brew model
Whenever you power on the machine, the brewing unit
will perform a cycle to check the correct operation of the
piston stroke, lter closure and scraper stroke to make
sure that the machine will assume the initial position.
If you make a selection, the lter holder is closed to seal
the brewing chamber.
The product dose is dispensed and the pump on the
boiler cover will partially convey the water dose through
the dispensing solenoid valve, in the brewing chamber.
After a (programmable) brewing time, the piston will
move forward, pressurise the chamber and close the up-
per valve of the brewer.
The drink is dispensed.
The piston will move backward and forward once again
to wash the product load area and to complete the brew-
ing cycle. The piston will remain in position for a pro-
grammable drying time.
At the end of the drying time, the piston will move back-
ward and the brush motor will be activated by opening
the chamber and by ejecting the waste by means of a
scraper.
The piston and the scraper will move back to their initial
position.
