A.1.2 F ault messages and warnings
The Checkbox stops automatically if there is a malfunction.
When the cause of the malfunction has been eliminated, error
messages/warnings must be acknowledged before the
Checkbox can start again.
1. Eliminate cause of malfunction
2. Acknowledge the fault signals: Press the START/STOP
button
3. Start the Checkbox: Press the START/STOP button
Depending on the customer-specific design of the Checkbox
or configuration with CheckKon, the following faults will not
be shown:
The error messages E 01, E 02, E 04, E 06, E 08, E 12,
E 14 can be deactivated.
Fault E 05 is redefined as warning F 05 or deactivated.
Faults E 08 and E 14 are only shown with encoder mode.
Fault E 06 is shown only if the CheckKon function “Forced
abort of analysis” is activated.
Note
If fault messages and warnings are deactivated, undefined
operating states and malfunctioning can occur in the event
of a fault. Before deactivating, check whether additional
measures are necessary for avoiding faults.
