4.2 The Teach procedure
In the TEACH mode the Checkbox learns all the features for
the parts test (Teach data) when scanning sample parts.
S Carry out the Teach procedure as realistically as possible.
Use, for example, the conveyor device and feed intended
for the later AUTO mode (if necessary activate with
CheckKon: [Window] [System parameters] Z Transporting
systems Z Supply system ... z Activate supply system in
Teach mode ...).
S S tart the conveyor device.
The following functions of the Teach procedure can be carried
out via the PLC interface:
–START/STOPmode
– selection of the parts type
– starting of the Teach mode
– selection of the (next) orientation
– saving of the Teach data
S Set the desired parts type via the PL C interface.

Stop
• Press the button START/STOP, in order to switch the
Checkbox into the Stop status.
S Scan sample parts of the parts type one after the other in
all intended orientations (max. 8), as described below.
