Note
V alve plates with Ident. code I, 2x2/2-way valves:
– With this valve vacuum is supplied via port (5).
The vacuum is switched to port (4) with valve coil 14.
– The operating pressure at port (1) can be used as a
reject pulse at port (2). The operating pressure is
switched to port (2) with valve coil 12.
If the MPA-S valve terminal is also equipped with other
valves, operate this valve in a separate pressure zone
with separate exhaust channel (5).
V alves with Ident. codes W and X, 3/2-way valve:
– These valves can be supplied individually and therefore
operated in the pressure range of -0.9 ... 10 bar.
They are independent of supply connection (1) of the
valveterminal.Theconnectionsviawhichthesevalves
are supplied with compressed air or vacuum and via
which exhaust air is removed are shown in Tab. 3/3.
The pilot air is supplied via the valve terminal.
