6.3.3 Control Card
The Control Card is located inside of the
steering wheel and transfers to the Main
Card all the information and settings set
through the control buttons. The Con-
trol Card is linked to the Main Card by a
connecting cable (item J6).

6.3.4 Microswitches
The machine is provided with a series of
microswitches that send signals to the
main card. In particular:
Brush Motor Microswitch (1) (see fig.
6.3.4-89). With lowered brush deck lift-
ing lever and closed micro the deck
goes down to the floor and the brush
motor starts running (as long as the
gear pedal is pressed). The cleaning
function is active.
Vacuum Motor Microswitch (2) (see
fig. 6.3.4-89). With lowered squeegee
lifting lever and closed micro the
squeegee goes down to the floor and
the vacuum motor starts running.
The cleaning function is active.

Curve speed reduction Mi-
croswitch. It is positioned below
the platform (see fig. 6.3.7-91). After a
predetermined angle of rotation of
the steering, the microswitch opens
and the curve speed reduction func-
tion is activated. The percentage of
the speed reduction is an adjustable
parameter.
Deadman Microswitch (see fig. 6.3.4-90).
The micro switch is located below
the seat. With the operator on board,
the traction and the brush deck can
be activated.
