5.5 Speed Adjusting Bolts
Adjusting bolt controls the maximum forward speed of the mower. To increase the speed, loosen
the nut, rotate the bolt anticlockwise to screw it out a little bit, and tighten the nut.
Adjusting bolt controls the maximum reverse speed of the mower. To increase the speed, loosen
the nut, rotate the bolt anticlockwise to screw it out a little bit, and tighten the nut.

Note: The speeds are already set before delivery. Do not change them unless
necessary.
5.6 Safety Start Interlock System
The mower comes with a safety start interlock system consisting of the parking brake switch, seat
switch, control terminal, and blade motor switch. This system is designed to protect the operator and
others from accidental injury due to unintentional mower starting. Check the system before
operation and contact FJD immediately for repair in case of malfunction. The seat switch will stop the
