12 Warranty
According to the applicable consumer rights law, the purchaser of the zero-turn ride-on mowers sold
by FJDynamics (hereinafter referred to as "FJD") or an authorized agent may have the right to choose
to have defective goods or goods that do not comply with the purchase agreement repaired or
replaced free of charge. In addition, when the initial purchaser purchases products from FJD, FJD's
limited 1 year warranty is included. This warranty applies together with, and in addition to, purchasers
statutory rights under applicable consumer law. FJD warrants the zero-turn ride-on mowers sold by
FJD or an authorized agent thereof against defects in materials and workmanship free or charge
when used in accordance with FJD's operating instructions, technical information, and other
published guidelines for FJD products for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the original date of purchase
of the end user. In case that any defects in materials or workmanship occur in one year from the date
of purchase of the product, you will receive the remedies available under the one-year limited
warranty for your FJD product, and claims made under FJD's one-year limited warranty will be
governed by the terms and conditions set forth in this warranty document. FJD or its authorized
dealers will subject to any applicable statutory limitation perform the obligations of warranty
according to the terms, conditions, limitations set forth hereunder. .,
12.1 Scope of Warranty
To the extent permitted by law, the following warranties apply only to the initial purchaser, where the
consumer law rights are extended to the end user other than the initial purchaser, to the extent
permitted by law, the following warranties do not apply to the end user and the consumer rights of
the end user shall be governed by the applicable consumer law:
A. Residential Use: The product used for normal residential purposes is warranted for one (1)
year from the date that the product is activated. The batteries are warranted for one (1) year from
the date that the product is activated.
If the purchaser discovers within this warranty period defects in materials or workmanships:
1. The purchaser must notify FJD or an authorized dealer thereof in writing of the defect.
2. Within a reasonable time after such notification, FJD shall correct such defects in materials or
workmanship by repairing or replacing parts.
3. Such repair, including parts and labor, shall be at the expense of FJD.
