It is recommended to check the wheel bolts after the first 2 hours of operation, and then every 100
hours, and repair or replace them in time.
Note: Check the blade balance. Buy a balancing tool in a hardware supply store, or test
the blade balance by placing the blade on an inverted line punch or a 1/2'' bolt. The blade
should not lean or tilt. Spin the blade slowly, and the blade should not wobble. If the
blade is out of balance, true it up before reinstalling it. Place the blade on a flat surface
to check whether it is distorted. If distorted, replace it in time.
To ensure proper cutting, the curved part of the blade must point upward towards the inner side
of the cutting deck.
After mounting blades, rotate them to ensure that the blade tips do not touch each other or the
underside of the cutting deck.
If you fail to torque the bolts correctly, the blades may be lost, resulting in serious injury.
Before operating the mower, ensure that the seat base is bolted securely to prevent the seat
from moving or tilting when the mower tips over or rolls.
9.5 Cleaning the Mower
Cleaning with Water
Pressure washer is not recommended, because it may result in a broken, damaged, and faulty
machine. To avoid machine damage, adjust the nozzle spray pattern to reduce pressure of the water
jets and flush the mower from at least 2 m away. Wash the mower with solid jet or within a close
range can cause the following hazards:
1. Damage or disconnection of electrical wiring, which may cause fires;
