The battery electrolyte level is

There are cracks and holes in
the battery.
Replace the battery.
The charging voltage is high.
Inspect the charger.
11.3 Mower Motor and Mower Motor Controller
WARNING
Before these steps, ensure that your digital multimeter is capable of measuring up to 1.2
million ohms (Ω).
Always disconnect the batteries before performing any maintenance or repair.
Wait for five minutes after disconnecting the batteries before working on the mower.
1. Remove any debris build-up from all deck components.
2. Verify all power connections on the blade motor and the blade motor controller are torqued
properly. If lock screws on the motor controller are loose, tighten them to the torque values of
8-10 N·m and ensure that the cutting deck works properly. If loose connections are not found,
perform the following steps.
3. Label all 2 blade motor controller connection points so they are easily viewed for correct re-
connections.
4. To ensure correct re-connections, mark all wire connections with the corresponding connection
point labels in step 3.
