The cutting deck height may be adjusted in a range of 30–127 mm (1.2–5 inches). During mowing,
raise the cutting deck to prevent stumps, rocks, or other objects from damaging the cutting deck.
7.5.3 Cleaning the Cutting Deck
Do not adjust the blades after the mower is powered on. The mower blades cannot be seen and
are located very close to the deck housing. Fingers and toes can be cut off instantly when
touching the blades.
Connect the water pipe to the wash port of the cutting deck, and turn on the water tap and the
blades.

7.6 Adjusting the Lap Bars
If the mower is still operating when the left and right lap bars are in the parking position, contact
the local dealer for adjustment.
Check the vertical distance (A) and horizontal distance (B) between the left and right lap bars in the
neutral position. If the distance is out of the recommended range, adjust the lap bars.
