emergency rescue, transport of goods, and substitute for day-to-day motor vehicle whether on
public or private roads.
Subject to the warranty and to the full extent permitted by law FJDynamics shall not be liable
for any loss, damage, penalty, fine or costs connected with purchaser or end user's unauthorized
use out of the scope of use allowed and reasonably foreseen by FJDynamics. It is the purchaser
or end user's responsibility to obtain or keep in place an appropriate and valid insurance policy
to cover possible loss, damage, penalty, fine or costs arising from the use and operation of
FJDynamics's products.
12.3 Purchaser's Responsibilities
You must maintain your mower as described in the user manual. Such routine maintenance, whether
performed by a dealer or by you, is at your expense.
The mower, like any other powered equipment, need to be properly operated. The operator must be
cautious and keep safety in mind at all times. The operator, prior to using FJD's lawnmower, should
thoroughly familiarize himself or herself with the user manual regarding operation and safety of the
mower, as well as all safety warnings on the mower itself.
12.4 Warranty Registration
1. To access warranty service, the purchaser or current owner must register the mower by filling out
the Warranty Registration Form in accordance with this section and subsections thereof, which
is provided in the user manual.
2. To promptly verify and register and customer ID,,FJD strongly advises the completed Warranty
Registration Form be forwarded to FJD or its authorized dealer within 10 days after the date of
purchase.
12.5 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
If you are a resident of the United States, this manual as part of the contract of sale shall be governed
by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nevada, without regard to its principles of conflict
of laws. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with this manual, including
the clause of limitation of liability and disclaimer shall be adjudicated and settled by and within the
