such as use of the product on day-to-day basis for the ordinary lot or residential property or premises
without reasonably unexpected circumstances. . Unreasonable se use for more than one place other
than for normal residential purpose such as generating profits, may be considered commercial use
and the terms and condition of the warranty may differ from the products used for normal residential
purposes
B. Commercial Use: The mowers used in commercial and organizational applications are
warranted for one (1) year from the date that the product is activated. The batteries are warranted
for one year from the date that the product is activated.
If the purchaser discovers within this warranty period defects in materials or workmanship:
1. The purchaser must notify FJD or an authorized dealer thereof in writing of the defect.
2. FJD or the authorized dealer will respond to such notification in 24 months from the date of
delivery.
3. Within a reasonable period after such notification, FJD or its authorized dealer at its discretion
will correct such defects in materials or workmanship by repairing or replacing parts.
4. Such repair, including parts and labor, will be at the expense of FJD.
C. Exclusion of warranty: Improper use or maintenance including maintenance or operation
contrary to FJD's instructions or guidelines or advice may reduce the lifespan of the batteries, and
to the extent caused by the improper use or maintenance exclude FJD's warranty for batteries.
Faults, defects or malfunction caused by the following acts will not be covered by this warranty:
1. Unauthorized abusive or negligent use, such that to an abnormal level, use by way of loosen
connections or by rusty or corrosive components.
2. Lack of proper maintenance: damages caused by improper installation of batteries, mower's
operation with the overcharged batteries or in case of low battery level which is strong advised
against by FJD.
3. Usage of chargers other than the charger provided or authorized by FJD.
D. Rental use: The warranty for mowers and batteries thereof for rental use are governed by the
terms and conditions of the rental agreement and this warranty shall be applicable. To avoid
doubt, “rental use” means that the lessee by operation of a rental agreement with the lessor
who is either FJD or its authorized dealer, takes possession of and uses the rented product in
exchange for the consideration paid by the lessee.
