Who Must Perform the Warranty Services
After-sales service will be performed by authorized dealers or agents of FJD. Unless otherwise
provided by applicable consumer law, after-sale service calls or transportation expenses of the
product to and from the authorized dealerfor after-sales service or warranty purpose, shall be paid
by the purchaser or current end user of the product. Forany inquiry, contact an authorized dealer or
agent of FJD in your jurisdiction.
What is NOT Covered by This Warranty (without limiting the scope of 12.1(C)):
1) Routine machinery maintenance including, but not limited to, oil refilling, cleaning, lubrication, or
steering adjustments.
2) Normal wear and tear of the product or part of the product(parts and components worn with
usage of the mower), including but not limited to blades, bolts fixing the blades, blade holders,
dampers, and mower deck, rupture of tires by external sources, natural discoloration of materials, or
dull or damaged blades due to contact with abrasives, rocks, rods, or other foreign matters, unless
the blades are defective. Replacement of such parts and components due to normal wear is not
covered by this warranty. Any defect, damage or degradation caused by normal usage, wear or
exposure, including but not limited to scratches, indentations, and paint chipping, or any corrosion
or discoloration caused by heating, abrasives, and chemical cleaning agents, shall not be covered by
the warranty.
3) Damage caused by misuse, abusive or negligent use (including overloading and immersing into
water or other liquids), accidents, negligent or improper installation, and improper maintenance or
storage.
4) Repairs or replacement caused by failure to follow the product's user manual or other operational
instructions provided by FJD.
5) Repairs caused by any unauthorized alterations or modifications to the mower, or use of the mower
for purposes other than permitted use reasonably foreseen by FJD , which adversely affects the
operation, performance or durability of the mower.
6) Repairs caused by use of parts, accessories or attachments not compatible with the mower, or
authorized repairs or replacement not in accordance with the user manual or other operational
instructions provided by FJD.
7) Unauthorized repairs or replacement of parts or accessories that adversely affect the mower's
operation, performance or durability.
