The command line is not displayed.
The device installed in the shelf display the line NN after entering the <ECHO>
command NN, where NN is the slot number. By entering <ECHO>, the user will receive an
echo from all the devices installed in the shelf.
Example (Devices are installed in slot Nos 1, 2, 8, 10, 11 and 12 of the shelf):

If the service voltage (+5 V) is absent on the rear panel of the shelf, the
management function is not available.
Configuration over TELNET is similar to configuration of the FlexGain Plex, V2
device over the serial port. The connection to the device over the local network is
considered in “Network management over TELNET” section. To activate this type of control
and management, it is necessary to set the IP address by using the <IP> command in the
«Network Management» menu according to the configurations of the local network of the
user. By default, the IP address of the device is 10.3.3.3.
2.2.2.3 Management of Mini-Rack and Stand Alone devices.
To activate the management session in Mini-Rack devices, it is necessary to
connect the control cable to the MONITOR connector and configure the terminal program
as described above. Then press <ENTER>. After pressing <ENTER>, the multiplexer will
display the main menu.
The commands of the type %NNN are blocked for Mini-Rack devices.
