MEGATRAIN sets signaling used for the multiplexer operation as a part of a
«MEGATRANS» data transmission system (passthrough station);
To display the help information, enter <SIGNALING /H>

NOTE: When the E&M board is installed, the signaling time slot will transmit E&M signaling
independent of the signaling type configured by the <SIGNALING> command.
<UPDATE> command.
This command is used to update the software of the device. New software versions
have the following format: Plex2_Vxx.DAT (xx is the number of the software version). New
versions are delivered by the manufacturer. To download new software, enter the
<UPDATE> without any parameters. Then, by using the Transfer->Send file option (it is
recommended to use Hyper Terminal ОС Windows 98/2000/XP or similar programs to
download software), browse the Plex2_Vxx.DAT file. After installation of the X-modem
protocol, transfer the file to the device. Information about updating procedures is displayed.
New software will be activated after the device reset. Step-by-step instruction on software
downloading is presented in the “Programming guide” section.
The software update in the device is performed only at the rate of 9600 bit/sec.
To display the help information, enter <UPDATE /H>.
Attention! It is undesirable to switch off the device during software loading.
