7.3.3.1 Disassembly of Variofix L
• Disassemble the transducer mounting fixture Variofix L (see Fig. 7.9).
7.3.3.2 Fixing the clasps to the tension straps
Select the installation instructions that correspond to the supplied clasp:
Band clamp clasp
The clasp is fixed to the tension strap (see Fig. 7.10).
Quick release clasp
The clasp is fixed to the tension strap (see Fig. 7.11).
• Cut the tension straps to length (pipe circumference + at least 120 mm).
