Energy Saving Level
The Energy Saving Level puts the FOXTEL iQ into standby then
spins down the hard disk to reduce the power consumption by
the FOXTEL iQ. There are three modes (‘Low’, ‘Medium’, ‘High’)
which determine how long the FOXTEL iQ will be idle before it
goes into standby and spins down the hard disk. The hard disk will
automatically spin back up for recordings which will be unaffected.
1. Press the active button on the remote control to display the
Active menu, then highlight ‘Setup’ and press select
2. Highlight ‘FOXTEL iQ Setup’, then press select
3. Highlight ‘Energy Saving Level’ and use the L and Rbuttons
to select the level you would like.
4. Highlight ‘Save New Settings’ and press select.
Before the FOXTEL iQ goes into standby the following message will
appear onscreen.
