There may be a
problem with the
signal, or the FOXTEL
iQ may have been
disconnected from the
satellite or cable input.
The FOXTEL iQ must be connected to the satellite
or cable input, in order for any FOXTEL services to
be available.
Check that the satellite/cable lead is correctly
connected to the FOXTEL iQ. (Follow the safety
instructions on page 6.)
Check that nothing is blocking the satellite dish
(if you have one), for example a tree or high
building.
There may be a temporary problem with the
reception, caused, for example, by bad weather;
try again later. If the problem continues, contact
your FOXTEL provider.
